Steve Madden knows what he is doing. Fringe, tassels and they lace up? AND they are 25% off? Sold. These in my opinion are the "it" sandals for Spring. You can dress them up or dress them down and they are just so cute. I paired them with this cute mint green tank top I found at Francesca's a few days ago (they actually had buy one, get one 50% off so I got another one in a different color) but it's not on their website?! Sorry about that!
