What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

Only the BEST SALE of the year! lol but seriously. It is Nordstrom's largest and most popularly received annual sale period where for a limited time brand new arrivals are offered to customers at SUPER good sale prices. This is the perfect time to get those Fall finds at a discount price. No promo code needed! 

What are the dates I need to know?

July 13- Early Access Begins

July 20- Early Access Final Day

July 21- Public Access Begins

August 6- Last Day of the Sale

Should I shop online or in store?

You can do either. I personally shop online because crowds give me anxiety and I can put whatever I want in my cart fast then checkout whenever. Nordstrom also has a in store pick up option when you check out online! I have yet to use this but it sounds amazing. 

What is Early Access?

Early Access offers cardholders exclusive access to the sale July 13-20 before the general public. Cardholders receive these perks.

How Can I get Early Access?

All you need to get early access is to be a Nordstrom Rewards card member. Nordstrom cardholders get to shop the sale before everyone else (and stuff sells out fast, so this is a HUGE perk!) There are two options: 1) You can sign up for the Debit card (this is what I have) and the money gets taken straight out of your bank account but you still get all of the perks! 2) Credit Card (if you are approved by July 9, the day you make a purchase you will receive a $20 Nordstrom Note). A Nordstrom Note works as a gift card.

How can I get ready for the sale?

I am a planner. I loved being prepared for things, so for this sale I make sure I get the items I need first. Think of staple items for Fall (ex. sweaters, booties, a new handbag, over the knee boots). This is also a great time to get a few Christmas/birthday gifts you need!
