Gingham lover or no? Honestly I never used to be but when I saw this dress on Chicwish's website and the wrap detail I was already picturing how cute it would be. It reminds me of a little picnic dress. I want to take a picnic now lol. I wanted to share with you guys this 7 day challenge Justin and I decided to do in case you wanted to try! Our biggest argument is what are we going to have for dinner so with this challenge, we don't even have to think because we just know it has to be from the list we made for ourselves. Now I'm only on day two but so far I've lost 3lbs. I'm not doing this to lose weight, rather just to feel healthier but I do have that chub on my stomach when I sit down and I would like to get rid of that, you feel me? So if you want to try here is what we are doing. We decided to pick 10 items and that is all we can have for one week. This is our list:
1) Eggs
2) Chicken
3) Beef
4) Protein Powder (for protein shakes)
5) Rice Cakes
6) Peanut Butter (all natural)
7) Broccoli and or Spinach
8) Oatmeal
9) Blueberries
10) Salad
*** Plus I told Justin I am allowing myself my coffee I get from Starbucks, lol. It's only 80 calories. Do you think you could do it?
